What’s in the Student Portal?
The TRiO Perks Student Portal is filled with lots of information that’s important to your program participants. In it, students can see their points balance, view messages, and shop your program store. The portal also allows them to view and register for upcoming program events. If they have any referrals in the program, they can view these infractions (major and minor) in the portal, as well.
How Does the Student Portal Work?
Students can access TRiO Perks from a web browser. When students enter their email into the student web portal, they will receive an email that contains a link to log into their account. If the student is using their personal computer, they can select the “Remember Me” box to remain logged in on that computer.
TRiO Perks has developed this student portal to enable students to log in without assistance from a staff member. Now, students can take more ownership of their participation in your program. The web browser component allows students to access their account information without needing a mobile device. The portal also allows for communication between students and staff through the messaging feature.
